Delivery Timelines
For treated bamboo and materials, delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days depending on transportation availability and project site location.
Eco-Logistics
We group shipments where possible and use eco-friendly packing materials such as jute and bamboo fibers to minimize our carbon footprint.
Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy applies to artisanal furniture and sustainable building materials. Due to the natural variance in bamboo color and diameter, slight differences are expected and celebrated as part of the organic aesthetic.
- swap_horizMaterial Exchange: If materials are found to have structural defects beyond organic variation, we will replace them at no extra cost.
- swap_horizArtisanal Furniture: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for standard items that are unused and in original condition.
- swap_horizCustom Designs: Bespoke architectural elements are non-exchangeable once fabrication is complete, but structural issues are covered under warranty.
Logistics Costs
Shipping and logistics costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the project components. All costs are presented transparently in the final estimate before dispatch.
