Cancellation Policy

At Bamboo Cave, we understand that plans can change. Since our work involves curated sustainable materials and bespoke architectural planning, we have established the following cancellation guidelines:

  • cancelConsultation Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full rescheduling at no extra cost.
  • cancelDesign Projects: Once the design phase has commenced, a cancellation fee representing the work completed to date will be applied.
  • cancelOn-site Construction: Cancellations after site mobilization will involve charges for logistics, material preparation, and labor committed.

Refund Policy

Our refund process is designed to be fair and transparent, reflecting the nature of our artisanal and sustainable architectural services.

Service Refunds

Refunds for service-based projects are calculated based on the percentage of project completion at the time of cancellation.

Material Costs

Materials specifically sourced or processed for your project (e.g., treated bamboo columns) are non-refundable once work on them has begun.

Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 10-14 business days. We will provide a detailed breakdown of any deductions for work and materials already processed.
